Hammerson Properties
Hammerson are one of the UK’s leading retail and property owning developers. The Groups portfolio is worth over £3.9 billion.
Appointed in 2001, TOMC instigated a project that uniquely developed a range of retail advertising opportunities that focussed on Hammerson's needs rather than those of the media market. A range of bespoke advertising furniture was designed and manufactured which carefully echoed the design cues of each retail environment. Each location was carefully selected to deliver the highest possible advertising value yet took into account complex sight-line and demise considerations.
Installation began in 2002 in Hammerson flagship malls to universal acclaim from the property and media sectors alike.
Our Blueprint for Hammerson took into account their own marketing needs as well as that of tenants. This new flexible approach has been designed into other schemes and is now very much part of Hammerson's approach to maximising shareholder value from their assets.
